2025 FINAL GRADUATION LIST

This is 2025 Graduation List dated 22.10.2025, for all students who have satisfied Academic Requirements and met Financial Obligations for conferment of degrees and award of diplomas and certificates of Kenya Methodist University during the 2024/2025 academic year in the 25th Graduation Ceremony to be held on Saturday, 8th November 2025 from 8.20 a.m. at the Graduation Square, Main Campus, Meru.

Our Schools

The university consists of eight schools, each offering courses in various disciplines. These schools provide a diverse range of academic programs and opportunities for students to pursue their interests and goals.

Each school at KeMU has its own faculty members who are experts in their respective fields and contribute to the academic and research endeavors of the university. Our lecturers ensure that students have the opportunity to explore different disciplines and tailor their education to their interests and career aspirations.

KeMU Business School

KeMU Business School offers a wide selection of undergraduate and graduate programs in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality and Tourism, and Business Administration.

We provide students with rigorous academic programmes that combine theoretical knowledge with practical skills, and our graduates can pursue careers in various fields, including finance, consulting, public policy, and academia.

School of Science & Technology

The School of Science and Technology offers a range of degree programs in biology, chemistry and physics .

In this School, we strive to provide rigorous academic courses that integrate abstract knowledge with applied skills, and our graduates can pursue careers in research, data science, science education, and environmental science.

School of Medicine & Pharmacy

The School of Medicine and Pharmacy offers undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields of medicine and Pharmacy.

Our students are provided with research opportunities to gain hands-on experience in their field and can pursue careers in various fields, including healthcare, clinical medicine, nursing, public health, research, and academia.

School of Education & Social Sciences

The School of Education and Social Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs in Education, Psychology, Sociology, and Religious Studies.

The university stresses the importance of demanding academic programmes that merge conceptual comprehension with practical abilities, and our graduates can pursue careers in various fields, including education, social work, counselling, and public service.

School of Health Sciences

The School of Health Sciences offers comprehensive programs in nursing, public health, and other medical disciplines. It provides students with theoretical knowledge and practical experience to address community health needs and global health challenges.
With a strong emphasis on research, clinical practice, and ethical healthcare delivery, the school trains professionals to excel in preventive care, disease management, and health policy advocacy. Graduates are prepared to lead transformative initiatives in healthcare, ensuring the well-being of individuals and communities.

School of Computing and Informatics

The School of Computing and Informatics provides cutting-edge education in computer science, information systems, and software development. It equips students with the skills to solve real-world challenges using technology and innovation.
The school emphasizes research, entrepreneurship, and industry partnerships, ensuring graduates are prepared for careers in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital trends. Students gain hands-on experience through projects and internships, fostering adaptability and technical proficiency for a rapidly changing digital landscape.

School of Economics and Political Science

The School of Economics and Political Science cultivates analytical thinkers and leaders who excel in economic strategy and governance. Programs focus on policy-making, sustainable development, and global political systems.
Students engage in research and debates, preparing for impactful roles in government, business, and international organizations. The school emphasizes ethical leadership and critical thinking, equipping graduates to drive economic growth, shape public policy, and promote equitable governance worldwide.

School of Law

The School of Law delivers a comprehensive legal education focused on theory, practice, and ethics. Students explore areas such as constitutional law, human rights, and commercial law, gaining expertise for diverse legal careers.
Through experiential learning, including moot courts and internships, the school fosters advocacy, critical thinking, and professional integrity. Graduates are prepared to pursue justice, influence policy, and excel in legal practice, academia, and public service.

Academic Calendar

Take note of the following important dates on our Academic Calendar this trimester.

01 Registration & Classes

New and Continuing students are expected to report and register between Monday, 1st – Friday, 5th September2025. Lectures begin promptly on Monday, 8th September 2025.

02 EXAM RESULTS RELEASED

Final exams results for Trimester 2, 2025 will be released on Friday, 19th September 2025.

03 Changing Courses & Late Registration

Adding/Dropping of courses will only be allowed until Monday, 8th -Fri 19th September 2025.

04 Clearance for Missed/Special/Supplementary Examinations

Students intending to sit for Missed/Special/Supplementary Examinations will clear between Tuesday, 21st – Friday, 24th October.

05 University prayer day

All KeMU Campuses will hold our trimester prayer Day on 27th November 2025.

06 Registrar AA's Students Interactive Forum

This trimester’s RGAA’s forum with all students will be held on Friday, 26th September 2025.

07 Lectures End, & Clearance for End of 1st Trimester Examinations

Classes for this trimester will end on Friday, 21st November 2025, after which students will be expected to clear for examinations between Monday, 17th- Friday, 28th November 2025.

08 End of Trimester 1, 2025 Examinations

This trimester’s examinations will take place between Monday, 1st – Saturday, 13th December 2025. Remember to clear your school fees on time and meet all your class attendance and assessment requirements before then!

Community Outreach

The 2022 Global Nursing Award Winner, Qabale Duba at KeMU

On November 5, 2022 it was an honour to have Ms. Anna Qabale Duba, the winner of the 2022 Aster Guardian Global Nursing Award, and a KeMU alumnus, grace our 22nd graduation ceremony as an invited guest.

Ms. Duba is the founder of Qabale Duba Foundation (QDF) www.qabale.org, a community-based organization empowering pastoralist girls and women in Marsabit County. She is a graduate nurse from Kenya Methodist University and currently pursuing masters of science in Field Epidemiology at Moi University. QDF champions against Harmful cultural practices like female genital mutilation & early marriages.
